About the Role:

As a Marketing & Promotions Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting awareness and fundraising campaigns for nationally recognized nonprofit clients. This is a face-to-face, public-facing position best suited for individuals who are energetic, outgoing, and thrive in team-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit clients at community events and local outreach campaigns

• Promote public awareness, donor support, and social impact initiatives

• Engage directly with the public to educate and inform about cause-driven efforts

• Collaborate with your team to meet daily and weekly campaign goals

• Assist with campaign setup, logistics, and donor engagement strategies

• Participate in team training in leadership, marketing strategy, and public speaking

• Learn campaign development and team management under senior mentors
