We are hiring a full-time Fundraising Events Assistant to support live fundraising campaigns and community outreach events. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit fundraising, event coordination, and public engagement.

No previous experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing support.


Position Overview

As a Fundraising Events Assistant, you will work at in-person events representing nonprofit campaigns. You’ll engage with community members, share information about fundraising initiatives, and help support event operations.

This is a face-to-face, event-based role (not remote or call center).


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with setup and breakdown of fundraising events

  • Engage with attendees in a professional and friendly manner

  • Share campaign details and answer questions

  • Support donor outreach and fundraising efforts

  • Distribute event materials and promotional resources

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet campaign goals

  • Maintain a positive and professional presence at events


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Comfortable interacting with the public

  • Reliable, team-oriented, and coachable

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Full-time availability

Preferred but not required:
Customer service, retail, hospitality, events, promotions, or sales experience.
