About the Role:
As an Event Assistant & Brand Ambassador, you will be at the forefront of our marketing campaigns, helping to create memorable brand experiences at promotional events. You will interact with event attendees, represent our clients professionally, and assist in executing successful marketing strategies. No prior experience? No problem! Key Responsibilities:
Event Preparation & Execution: Assist in preparing, executing, and breaking down promotional events to ensure smooth operations.
Client Representation: Professionally represent our clients at events, engaging with potential customers and donors to drive brand awareness.
Customer Engagement: Build relationships with event attendees, answer questions, and effectively communicate key brand messages.
Marketing Material Distribution: Distribute promotional materials and actively promote brand visibility at events.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless event operations and campaign success.
Insight Gathering: Collect valuable insights from attendees to inform and improve future marketing campaigns.
