Entry Level Event Assistant
We’re seeking energetic, motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Event Assistants, supporting impactful nonprofit events, charity fundraisers, and community outreach campaigns. This hands-on role provides paid training, mentorship, and real opportunities for career growth in event coordination, marketing, and nonprofit outreach.
No experience is required — we hire for attitude, enthusiasm, and potential.
What You’ll Do
Assist with planning, setup, and execution of nonprofit and community events
Manage event logistics, including registration, signage, and volunteer support
Engage attendees to share campaign messages and nonprofit goals
Maintain organized event materials and accurate supporter information
Support team members with on-site coordination and problem-solving
Participate in training sessions on event planning, communication, and outreach strategy
Who We’re Looking For
Passionate about social causes, community service, or nonprofit events
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable in fast-paced, public-facing environments
Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Bonus experience (not required): Customer service, hospitality, retail, event staffing, or volunteering
