Brand Ambassador - Entry Level

What You’ll Do:

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in creating meaningful connections between consumers and our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing nationally recognized brands at local events, retail sites, and promotional activations

• Engaging directly with customers to deliver memorable, one-on-one experiences

• Promoting brand awareness through clear, confident communication

• Providing accurate product or service information to potential customers

• Assisting with setup, breakdown, and overall event logistics

• Gathering customer feedback and reporting insights to the marketing team

• Working collaboratively to support team goals and meet performance benchmarks

• Strong communicators with a customer-first mindset

• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working both independently and with a team

• Willing to travel locally to attend events and promotional opportunities

• Flexible and adaptable to different work environments and schedules

• High school graduates (or equivalent); additional education is a plus

• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or promotions is welcome, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!
