Fundraising Assistant | Entry-Level | No Experience Needed
We are hiring a full-time Fundraising Assistant to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns and community outreach initiatives. This entry-level, in-person role is ideal for individuals interested in nonprofit work, public engagement, event support, or community advocacy.
No prior fundraising experience is required. Paid training is provided.
Job Summary
The Fundraising Assistant helps coordinate and support live fundraising events and outreach campaigns. This position involves engaging with community members, sharing information about nonprofit initiatives, and assisting with campaign logistics.
This is a face-to-face role and is not remote.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with setup and breakdown of fundraising event materials
Engage with community members in a professional and friendly manner
Share accurate information about nonprofit campaigns
Support donation collection processes in accordance with company guidelines
Distribute approved promotional and educational materials
Track basic campaign metrics and report to supervisors
Maintain a positive and professional representation of partner organizations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with the public in face-to-face settings
Reliable transportation to local event locations
Ability to stand for extended periods during events
