Assistant Manager / Entry Level Management

What You’ll Do:
Gain hands-on cross-training in marketing, sales, event management, customer service, and promotions
Support the management of promotional events, client relationships, and team coordination
Lead small teams and oversee multiple events within your first 90 days
Develop leadership skills and progress to a full management role within 6 to 12 months
Play a vital role in expanding our presence across new West Coast markets during our exciting growth phase
