Entry Level Event Assistant
We're hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to join our high-energy, fast-growing team! 🎯 What You’ll Do:
Assist with event setup, on-site execution, and breakdown at pop-ups, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns
Represent nonprofit partners with energy, professionalism, and a mission-first mindset
Interact directly with attendees—share campaign stories, answer questions, and distribute informational materials
Build positive relationships with community stakeholders, local businesses, and event partners
Help track campaign results and gather supporter feedback to improve performance
✅ Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, or Communications is a plus
No prior experience needed—internships, volunteer work, or student involvement in events/marketing is helpful
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Dependable, organized, and comfortable multitasking in fast-paced environments
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Evening and weekend availability preferred
