Entry Level Event Assistant

We're hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to join our high-energy, fast-growing team! 🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Assist with event setup, on-site execution, and breakdown at pop-ups, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns

• Represent nonprofit partners with energy, professionalism, and a mission-first mindset

• Interact directly with attendees—share campaign stories, answer questions, and distribute informational materials

• Build positive relationships with community stakeholders, local businesses, and event partners

• Help track campaign results and gather supporter feedback to improve performance

✅ Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, or Communications is a plus

• No prior experience needed—internships, volunteer work, or student involvement in events/marketing is helpful

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• Dependable, organized, and comfortable multitasking in fast-paced environments

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Evening and weekend availability preferred
