Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit organizations by educating the public about their mission, goals, and the causes they support.
• Persuasively communicate the impact of donations to inspire ongoing support.
• Build lasting relationships with donors, supporters, and the community.
• Plan and execute outreach campaigns in community and retail settings, raising awareness for charitable causes.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with the public.
• Achieve fundraising targets while upholding the integrity and reputation of our nonprofit partners.
• Accurately collect and maintain records of donor contributions and interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize, improve, and optimize outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

• Genuine passion for supporting charitable causes and making a positive impact.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and committed to achieving results.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or event coordination is a plus, but not required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
