Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of live promotional events and marketing campaigns, representing top-tier clients and helping customers engage with products and services. Key Responsibilities:
Represent client brands at promotional events, pop-up activations, and trade shows
Engage with customers face-to-face to offer product knowledge, service support, and promotion details
Provide friendly and helpful customer service, answering questions and resolving basic concerns
Educate customers on current products, services, and exclusive offers
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute event strategies and brand messaging
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and daily logistics
