Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of live promotional events and marketing campaigns, representing top-tier clients and helping customers engage with products and services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent client brands at promotional events, pop-up activations, and trade shows

  • Engage with customers face-to-face to offer product knowledge, service support, and promotion details

  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service, answering questions and resolving basic concerns

  • Educate customers on current products, services, and exclusive offers

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute event strategies and brand messaging

  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and daily logistics

  • Create a positive, memorable brand experience for every customer
