We are seeking an Entry Level Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and key metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a successful track record of developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
