Assistant Manager / Entry Level Management

🚀 What You’ll Do:

• Receive cross-training in marketing, sales, customer service, event coordination, and promotions

• Assist in managing live promotional events, developing client relationships, and coordinating daily team operations

• Take on a leadership role within your first 90 days by guiding small teams and overseeing multiple events

• Strengthen your management skills and grow into a full leadership position within 6–12 months

• Contribute to the expansion of our brand into new West Coast markets during this exciting growth phase
