Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Events Assistant, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising events that increase awareness and drive financial support for meaningful causes. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising events, campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
  • Coordinate event logistics, including materials, equipment, and on-site setup
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing and promotional materials
  • Engage with donors, sponsors, and attendees to deliver a positive event experience
  • Research potential sponsors, partners, and fundraising opportunities
  • Maintain accurate event records, databases, and documentation
  • Track event performance and help identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging

Additional Duties

  • Help manage event timelines, schedules, and overall coordination
  • Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in reaching fundraising goals and campaign targets
  • Support event registration and attendee communications
  • Contribute to event promotion through social media, email marketing, and outreach
  • Draft donor communications, including thank-you messages and follow-ups
