Position Summary:
As a Management Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple business areas with a focus on leadership development, campaign execution, and customer engagement. This is an entry-level role designed to fast-track you into team leadership, campaign management, and eventually client-facing management roles.
What You'll Be Doing:
Participate in cross-functional training across marketing, sales, and operations
Assist in executing promotional campaigns and managing brand visibility
Learn to manage event logistics, sales performance, and team coordination
Build and lead small teams during promotional events
Engage directly with consumers to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Contribute to strategy meetings and performance evaluations
