Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing community events, fundraisers, and promotional activities
Represent the organization at public events, festivals, and community gatherings
Engage with attendees and community members in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
Distribute promotional materials and share information about programs, campaigns, or initiatives
Collect feedback from event participants to improve future events and outreach efforts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with organizational goals and marketing strategies
Support logistics, setup, and breakdown at events as needed
Qualifications
Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in fast-paced, public-facing environments
High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in events, promotions, or community outreach is a plus
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
