Event & Promotions Assistant – Entry Level

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of community outreach events and nonprofit marketing campaigns

• Coordinate on-site logistics to ensure seamless event operations

• Collect data and provide feedback on event performance and attendee engagement

• Support live promotions and public relations efforts in collaboration with team leads

• Help onboard and mentor new team members as we expand our events department
