We are hiring a full-time Fundraising Assistant to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns and community outreach initiatives. This entry-level, in-person position is ideal for individuals interested in nonprofit work, public engagement, event support, and community advocacy.

No prior fundraising experience is required. Paid training is provided from day one.

This is a face-to-face role and is not remote.

Job Summary

The Fundraising Assistant plays a key role in supporting live fundraising events and outreach campaigns. This position involves engaging directly with community members, sharing accurate information about nonprofit initiatives, and assisting with on-site campaign logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown of fundraising event materials and displays

• Engage with community members in a friendly, professional manner

• Share accurate and approved information about nonprofit campaigns

• Support donation collection processes in accordance with company guidelines

• Distribute promotional and educational materials

• Track basic campaign metrics and report data to supervisors

• Maintain a positive and professional representation of partner organizations

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable speaking with the public in face-to-face environments

• Reliable transportation to local event locations

• Ability to stand for extended periods during events

• Full-time availability
