Brand Marketing Assistant - Entry Level

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for branding, events, and fundraising, who is eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and brand management.
Key Responsibilities:
Support brand consistency across all client-facing materials, event collateral, and fundraising initiatives.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, including promotional activities, sponsorship materials, and on-site branding.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform event and fundraising strategies.
Assist with content creation for print materials, event signage, presentations, and other collateral.
Track project and campaign progress, and prepare basic reports for internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns and events align with brand guidelines and fundraising goals.
Perform general administrative duties to support the marketing and events team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiasm for events, branding, and fundraising.
Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
