We’re hiring an Assistant Event Manager to help plan and execute live events that support national nonprofit organizations and make a meaningful impact in local communities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Event Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our live outreach efforts, supporting community events, fundraising initiatives, and nonprofit awareness campaigns. Your contributions will directly support mission-driven organizations.

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing live nonprofit events and outreach campaigns

  • Oversee on-site logistics including event setup, vendor coordination, and event breakdown

  • Lead and support event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth, efficient operations

  • Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to maximize campaign visibility

  • Track event performance metrics and assist with post-event analysis and reporting

  • Ensure each event aligns with nonprofit client goals and branding initiatives
