Assistant Event Manager – Entry-Level

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Event Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our live outreach efforts, supporting community events, fundraising initiatives, and nonprofit awareness campaigns. Your contributions will directly support mission-driven organizations.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing live nonprofit events and outreach campaigns
Oversee on-site logistics including event setup, vendor coordination, and event breakdown
Lead and support event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth, efficient operations
Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to maximize campaign visibility
Track event performance metrics and assist with post-event analysis and reporting
Ensure each event aligns with nonprofit client goals and branding initiatives
