Customer Service Representative - Entry Level - Immediate Hire
We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team. In this role, you’ll help bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face engagement, community events, and grassroots outreach.

What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the front-line ambassador for the campaigns you represent, connecting nonprofits with the public in meaningful ways.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs
Engage the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner
Share compelling messages about social causes, nonprofit missions, and community initiatives
Educate individuals on each nonprofit’s goals, impact, and opportunities to get involved
Build relationships that encourage long-term donor engagement and support
Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure successful campaign execution
Uphold our values of integrity, compassion, and professionalism
Who We’re Looking For
No prior customer service or nonprofit experience required! We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship. We’re looking for enthusiastic, people-first individuals who thrive in dynamic, public-facing roles.
