Event Promotions Assistant - Entry Level

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of promotional marketing events

• Represent leading brands at live events, trade shows, and pop-up activations

• Interact with customers to answer questions, provide samples, and highlight current offers

• Support event logistics, including display setup, product placement, and inventory management

• Help track event success metrics such as attendee engagement and customer feedback

• Collaborate with campaign and marketing teams to ensure seamless event flow

• Maintain a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic presence at all times
