About the Role
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the face of our nonprofit partners at live events and promotional campaigns. You’ll engage directly with the public, communicate impactful messages, and help drive fundraising success while developing valuable communication, leadership, and people skills.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with the public at live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach programs
Provide friendly, professional customer service to event attendees, donors, and supporters
Communicate nonprofit missions, campaign goals, and fundraising initiatives clearly and confidently
Answer questions and provide accurate information about campaigns and organizations
Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site coordination
Build strong relationships with community members and partner organizations
Maintain an energetic, positive, and professional presence at all events
Qualifications
