Community Outreach Representative – Entry-Level
We are seeking an enthusiastic Community Outreach Representative to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will be the face of our organization in the community, helping to promote events, build relationships, and support fundraising initiatives. This position is ideal for someone outgoing, motivated, and passionate about connecting with people.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company at community events, fairs, and promotional activities.
Engage with local organizations, businesses, and residents to promote events and fundraising campaigns.
Assist in organizing and staffing events, including setup, registration, and volunteer coordination.
Help manage and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and volunteers.
Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions to grow participation and support.
Track outreach efforts, collect feedback, and report results to the management team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer service, event promotion, or volunteer coordination is a plus but not required.
