Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the public-facing ambassador of the campaigns you represent. Your work will connect nonprofit partners with communities in a way that is authentic, inspiring, and results-driven.

Core Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofits at fundraisers, community events, and outreach programs
• Engage with the public in a professional, approachable, and genuine manner
• Communicate compelling messages about social causes, nonprofit missions, and community initiatives
• Educate the public about nonprofit goals, achievements, and ways to get involved
• Build long-lasting relationships that encourage donor engagement and ongoing support
• Collaborate with your team to ensure successful campaign execution
