Position Overview: As an Entry-Level Manager / Assistant Manager, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of marketing, team leadership, and client relations. You will work closely with senior managers to develop and implement promotional campaigns, manage daily operations, and lead a team to drive success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Assist in managing and motivating a team to meet goals, achieve success, and drive brand growth.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance overall results.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning, setup, and providing on-site support for events to guarantee flawless execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues, collaborate with the team to find solutions, and improve team performance.
