Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and support during marketing campaigns and promotional events
Represent client brands professionally at retail promotions, community gatherings, and live activations
Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional displays
Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and share product or service information
Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals and enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
No previous experience required — full paid training provided
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
