What You’ll Do

As an Event Promotions Assistant, you’ll help bring client campaigns to life at events, retail locations, and community activations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Represent client brands at local events, retail activations, and community campaigns

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable answers to customer questions after completing brand and product training

• Offer product demonstrations, samples, and promotional materials to consumers

• Assist customers with event sign-ups, product registrations, and orders

• Track event traffic, customer engagement, and feedback to help optimize future campaigns

• Support Event Coordinators with logistics, setup, breakdown, and event flow
