Through face-to-face outreach and mission-driven campaigns, our team connects directly with the public to share compelling stories, build relationships, and inspire meaningful change.

We are currently hiring a Business Management Trainee to join our entry-level Leadership Development Program. This role is ideal for individuals looking to launch a long-term career in business operations, nonprofit management, event leadership, or team development—all while contributing to a greater purpose.


Position Overview

As a Business Management Trainee, you will take part in a hands-on, structured training program designed to prepare you for future positions in campaign leadership, event coordination, and internal team management. You’ll learn every aspect of our operations—from coordinating outreach events to developing new team members and supporting business strategy.

This is a high-growth, mentorship-driven role with clear advancement pathways.


Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in leadership, management, and business development training led by experienced mentors

  • Coordinate and manage community outreach events, including scheduling, logistics, and staffing

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with retail partners and local event venues

  • Support the hiring process by assisting with interviews, onboarding, and training sessions

  • Mentor, coach, and develop new outreach and customer engagement representatives

  • Analyze campaign metrics and provide insights to improve overall performance

  • Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, empathy, and mission-focused communication


Qualifications & Skills

Preferred but not required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, Nonprofit Studies, or related field)

Required skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
