Community Liaison – Immediate Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and community partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute community events and outreach initiatives that promote the organization's mission.
• Advocate for the organization’s mission, goals, and values within the community.
• Identify and assess community needs to inform program development and improvement.
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences to build trust, engagement, and support.
• Collect feedback from community members to help refine and improve outreach efforts.
• Track and report on outreach activities, measuring their impact on the community.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse community stakeholders.
• Experience in community outreach, public relations, or event coordination is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team.
• Comfortable speaking in public and engaging with a wide range of community members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
