About the Role:
As an Entry-Level Community Relations Manager at Maverick Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting community engagement, building brand awareness, and ensuring the success of our events. You will collaborate with various teams to build strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, clients, and partners, all while helping to execute memorable, impactful events that create lasting change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with local organizations, communities, and influencers to foster collaboration and support for nonprofit events and initiatives.
- Event Promotion: Actively promote Maverick Solutions’ events and campaigns to increase local participation, brand awareness, and community involvement.
- Event Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of community-focused events that leave a lasting impact on attendees and partners.
- Liaison Role: Serve as the primary liaison between Maverick Solutions and community partners, nurturing long-term, meaningful relationships to benefit the organization’s objectives.
- Feedback Collection: Engage with event attendees, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction to help drive continuous improvement for future community outreach and event marketing strategies.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track community engagement, event success, and key performance metrics to ensure that goals are met and exceeded.
- Team Collaboration: Provide regular updates and reports to the team, identifying successes and areas for improvement to optimize future community outreach and event marketing strategies.
