This role offers hands-on experience in event coordination, experiential marketing, brand promotions, and community engagement, working alongside experienced Event Coordinators to execute high-impact, interactive events.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics to ensure smooth event operations

• Support live events, pop-up activations, and promotional marketing campaigns

• Engage with event attendees, answer questions, and deliver exceptional customer service

• Distribute promotional materials, product samples, and registration information

• Monitor event traffic, collect feedback, and report insights to the event team

• Collaborate closely with Event Coordinators and marketing staff to ensure positive guest experiences
