We are a fast-growing event marketing and promotional company looking for a driven Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience in event coordination, experiential marketing, brand promotions, and community engagement, working alongside experienced Event Coordinators to execute high-impact, interactive events.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics to ensure smooth event operations
Support live events, pop-up activations, and promotional marketing campaigns
Engage with event attendees, answer questions, and deliver exceptional customer service
Distribute promotional materials, product samples, and registration information
Monitor event traffic, collect feedback, and report insights to the event team
Collaborate closely with Event Coordinators and marketing staff to ensure positive guest experiences
