🛠️ Your Role

As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you’ll:

• Represent ethical brands and nonprofit organizations at retail events, pop-up campaigns, and community outreach programs

• Initiate engaging conversations, educate customers or donors, and explain the value of the campaign

• Drive brand awareness, donor enrollment, and customer acquisition

• Support team efforts by executing marketing strategies and hitting performance goals

• Participate in daily coaching, skill-building sessions, and career development tracks
