Customer Service Representative - Entry Level - Immediate Hire
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team. In this role, you will help bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face engagement, community events, and grassroots outreach.
This is not a call center position—no cold calls, no scripts. Instead, you'll have real conversations that drive meaningful change and strengthen communities.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front-line voice of the campaigns you represent, helping nonprofit partners connect with the public in meaningful ways. Responsibilities include:
- Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs
- Engage with the public in a professional, friendly, and authentic manner
- Communicate nonprofit missions, social causes, and community needs effectively
- Educate individuals on each nonprofit’s goals, impact, and ways to get involved
- Build relationships that foster long-term donor engagement and support
- Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure successful campaign execution
- Uphold company values of integrity, compassion, and professionalism

No previous customer service or outreach experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship. We seek passionate, people-focused individuals who thrive in dynamic, public-facing roles.
