Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting fundraising efforts by meeting and exceeding outreach goals.

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for event attendees, answering questions, and providing information.
  • Building positive relationships with community members and encouraging support.
  • Tracking donations and event data, providing feedback to improve future events.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop strategies and create impactful outreach campaigns.

  • Organizational skills to manage event materials and track donations.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or event coordination is a plus (but not required).
  • Basic math skills for processing donations and tracking sales data.
