Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Support: Assist the General Manager in planning, organizing, and executing company strategies.
- Operational Oversight: Coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Scheduling & Organization: Establish and maintain team schedules to optimize productivity.
- Goal Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Talent Management: Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, lead, and motivate employees to achieve peak performance.
- Customer Relations: Monitor customer satisfaction, address complaints, and resolve issues effectively.
- Inventory & Supplies: Oversee inventory and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
- General Support: Step in to assist the General Manager as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Customer Service Expertise: Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
