Brand Ambassador – Entry-Level

We’re actively hiring Entry-Level Brand Ambassadors to join our fast-growing marketing team. As we expand our client portfolio, we need energetic, driven individuals to lead brand outreach efforts, support high-impact campaigns, and take full advantage of career growth opportunities.

Whether you’re a recent graduate or looking to pivot into a people-first, high-growth industry, this role offers hands-on experience, leadership training, and access to national conferences—no experience necessary.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Represent top-tier clients at local events, retail activations, and promotional campaigns

• Build brand awareness, engage with the public, and drive customer acquisition

• Execute strategic, face-to-face marketing initiatives and outreach efforts

• Collaborate with the Account Director and Operations Manager to support campaign performance

• Track and report marketing data, customer interactions, and market insights

• Help train and mentor junior team members as you grow

• Analyze competitor trends and contribute ideas for brand strategy improvements

• Travel occasionally to support campaign launches in other U.S. markets (optional)

• 18+ years old, legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• A degree is not required, but coursework in marketing, business, communications, or psychology is a plus

• Experience in sports, theater, hospitality, or customer service is a bonus
